About Us — Organizational Structure
To encourage creative thinking and to avoid the drawbacks of a rigid organizational structure, the Bahá'í Chair for World Peace defines itself as a community of institutions and individuals dedicated to pursuing common goals.
The chart that appears below is a graphical representation of this community, which consists of, but is not limited to: the holder of the Chair (Professor John Grayzel), a core staff, University of Maryland officials (with the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences), an International Advisory Board, representatives of the Bahá'í Faith, partner organizations in the United States and abroad, students, interns, and volunteers.
